Meet the fastest Indian on Ice and the youngest ever Luge Olympian in the world. Shiva Keshavan, son of an Italian mother and a South Indian father, was born and brought up in the Himalayas, where he realized his tremendous potential at the sport. He is the first Indian to ever win an international medal for India in the field of winter sports and also has the distinction of winning a silver medal at the Asian Championships in 2009 - the highest ever achievement by an Indian in Winter sports!
Shiva competes in his Fourth Winter Olympics at Vancouver, Canada in 2010 and we're sure this inspiring athlete has many more years of glory left.
